cannot connect to my account

    cannot connect to my account

    Dear Support

    I have installed NinjaTrader on windows7 64bits, configured my account but when I tried to connect, nothing happened... and when I look at the logs, I can see that NT get stucked in "Verifying license at primary server..." Can you help me to solve this problem ?

    Thanks for your post.


    I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

    The log file will be named "log.20190827.txt"

    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    The trace file will be named "trace.20190827.txt"

        There was not a copy of the Trace file included, and your Log file can contain personal information that you do not want shared on the web. We removed your attachment. Please review my previous reply and follow the instructions to send the files to NinjaTrader Platform Support via email.

          Oups, I am sorry I missed the trace file, here it is and I hope there is no personal information inside...

            There was personal information available in your trace file, which is why I also removed it as well. Please write send an email to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.
