NT8 is not importing data from NT7 correctly

Hello,

I want to inform that Market data migrated from NT7 when installing NT8 is not being imported correctly. As you can see in the attached screenshot the "Price" data that appears in NT8 is not the same than in NT8.

NT7 data has been loaded from Interactive Brokers.

I also tried to export data from NT7 to a file and import it to NT8 but the result is the same.

Thank you for your note.

So I may best assist - what is the trading hours template currently applied to both charts? You can see this by right clicking on the chart > selecting Data Series > navigating to Trading Hours.

In both cases Data series window is marked as "Use Instrument settings" and in both cases, the ABBV instrument has the "US Equities RTH" template selected

Based on the screenshot you provide the OHLC prices are the same.

Can you clarify the difference you are seeing?

Thank you for your post.

This price that is displayed is based on where the pointer is in the bar and it will change as the mouse moves.

The imported data such as the Open High Low and Close are all the same for that bar.

Please let me know if I may be of any further assistance.
