chart moving average
I'm wanting to make sure I haven't got something set up wrong with my SMA's... for hourly SMA's I'm using 60 minute data series and updating with either price change or tick because with on bar cclose, they stop short on an intra day chart. I'm wondering why they often have such sharp angles in the current hour. The thick green line in both pics is a 240 min SMA - one chart it's steeply angled, the other it looks normal.2 PhotosTags: None

Can you detect any difference in settings between these two charts in their data series or indicator settings?
Can you reproduce the symptom in a new chart with no templates or custom add-ons?
So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:- What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)
- Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
- What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 09-19, AAPL, EURUSD, etc.
- (For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.
- Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
