Live market data problem of Ninjatrader Continuum

Hi,

When I try to register a demo Ninjatrader Continuum account, I see the two Selection of Futures and Forex. Would you please tell me what's the difference between Futures and Forex?
What are the varieties included in Futures? And what are the varieties that Forex contains?

Futures markets trade futures contracts. Futures contracts are how many different commodities, currencies, and indexes are traded

Forex stands for foreign exchange and refers to the buying or selling of one currency in exchange for another.
