    missing data on chart

    Hello

    Since friday i'm missing data on my chart.

    Its ES 06-18 and all 16:30 10 minutes are missing. As you can see in the jpg it jump from 16:20 to 16:40.

    Any idea why? I do a refresh but nothing work.

    Thanks for your post.

    This would be expected. The ES has a daily trading halt of 15 minutes from 16:15 to 16:30. Please see http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/equi...fications.html

      You're right bad exemple.
      But im still missing data because when i use the sample stream writer i usually get 137 lines from 4pm to 4 pm next day and i get 134 lines.

      Im missing data between 17:00 and 18:40
      18:30, 18:20, 18:10 are missing.

      I just check and those data dont appears in the historical data for the 29th looks like IB lost them somewhere. But only for that date. My bad looks like its not an nt issue.

          Sunday evening the 29th april
          Maybe an IB issue.

            Thanks for your reply.

            After further investigation, we have determined that the 30-minute gap from 18:00 to 18:30 on 4/29/2018 was expected due to CME delaying market open on that date. Since it was delayed directly by the exchange due to a technical issue at the CME, this data does not exist and I would expect the gap to be present regardless of platform or data provider.

            There would not normally be data between 17:00 and 18:00 on a daily basis with reference to my link in post #2.
