My NT live account is not showing commissions today in commissions column or pnl.

What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)
Please clarify - were commissions should previously for your live account? Or have commission values never displayed for the live account?
What NinjaTrader window are you attempting to view commission information in?
