    Announcement popup broken

    The announcement popup re ES rollover seems to be broken... the text is underlined, rather than the URL, and shows the usual "hand" pointer when mouse is over it, but more importantly... clicking on it does nothing! The URL is clearly not a hyperlink.

    Thank you for your note.

    Unfortunately, I'm unable to reproduce on my end. The pop up window on my side appears to be working as expected.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2274010" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
    I look forward to your reply.

      Hmmm ... what the...
      I attached a screenshot in my original post... but it seems to have been replaced by an icon, nothing more.

      I'll reattach here...

      This is the second time I've had images disappear from my posts... a bit worrying.

        As Chris mentioned, the best way for us to determine what may be going on with your platform would be through your log and trace files.

        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN MELISSA 2274010" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
