Hi,

On the 240 min chart, is there a way to enlarge the candlesticks (control + up arrow) without having them overlap one another?

Also why are there no vertical grid lines present, only horizontal? See attached chart.

Hello Jason,

Use Alt + Up / Down to control the bar width.

Or set this in the Data Series window.

Hello
after I choose a bar width in the data series properties for a chart
e.g. 1 minute bar width setting of 1, then once chart open I expand it via the timeline on bottom of chart it expands the bar width to like 3 or .....
I don't like this as that was the reason for choosing the setting of 1 for bar width in chart properties. How do I make it stay with what I chose in settings?

Thank you for your note.

When changing the bar width in the Data Series, try selecting the Preset button on the bottom right and then selecting Save to ensure that this new preset will be applied to all charts of that type.

you see I chose 1 bar width but when I expand chart it makes bar width 3. This I dont want I want the chart to stay at 1 bar width ?
How to accomplish this?
Hopefully the video says better than I can, let me know.

Could you please perform a test using a new workspace with a new chart? Do you continue to see the same behavior?

If so, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
