    error message on importing an script (newer version)

    tried to export the older version and importing the new one but i cant seem to get it right , help please ?

    Thank you for your post.

    This message generally means there would be a conflict between something you have installed currently and what you are importing.

    You could manually install the item to test what the error is, if you are able to open the import screen and try to import the file, likely you don't have any compile errors so this would likely be a conflict.

    Could you tell me, if you either double click on the .zip file to open it and see its contents or extract the .zip, what files are listed? Are they .dll files or .cs files?

    With more information on the files in the zip I can provide specific instructions on how to test the file.

      i have installed this zip beofre and its working now i have th updated version and need to remove this from NT8 , i go throught the process and it will export it but then when i import the new script , it will give me this message

        Thanks for the reply.

        Add-ons can come as packages called 'assemblies'.An assembly can be removed by going to Tools > Remove NinjaScript Assembly > Select the assembly you wish to remove > Remove.

        To remove NinjaScript individually you can go to New > NinjaScript Editor > Double click on the 'Indicators' (or the relevant) folder > Right click on the add-on you wish to remove and select 'Remove'. Repeat these steps for all add-ons you wish to remove.

        Are these the steps you're following to remove these Third Party items?
