Historical data not allowing past a year?

    Historical data not allowing past a year?

    I have downloaded historical data back to January 2107 and can see the data loaded.
    My chart when in playback will show chart data from January 2017, but the Play back timer will only allow me to got back to May 2017 ?

    when I try and set o1.01.2017 I get a message "Value must be greater than 14.05.2017"
    Why is this ??

    When you view the Available Data do you have Historical Tick Data beyond May 14th, 2017?

      Yes, and I can see the January on my chart when in Playback.

      So far I have deleted all cache in DB and restarted and then reloaded historicle data to december 2016 and it will still not go past May now 2017 ?

        Thank you for your response.

        Can you attach a screenshot of the Playback controller and the message you are seeing?

        To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

        Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
