CRITICAL — If your inquiry involves live orders, please always reach out to your broker's Orders Desk immediately to confirm and manage your live orders and positions.

If your trades are with NinjaTrader Brokerage, you can contact NinjaTrader Brokerage Order Desk here:
    • Phone: 312.423.2234
    • Email: orders[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com

Please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)
    • Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
    • Were these simulated or live trades? If live, who is your broker?
    • What instrument were you trading?
    • When did this most recently occur?
    • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
    • Does this symptom persist if you restart your PC?

It was a Sim account. Latest version of NINJA. I reset Sim account and it went away. Yes, it persisted after restarting before reset. No errors on screen. Fixed!

It came back and is on the screen now. Nothing else is affected except it is is calculating the P/L. I can cancel it which I did. I could cancel it this time. I want this to quit happening.

Please clarify - you began trading in the Sim101 account again and another 'stuck' order occurred again? Or you had not been trading at all but the same 'stuck' order from earlier was back after resetting your Sim101 account?

For your reference, here are the steps to reset the Sim101 account
          • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the Accounts tab
          • Right click on your simulation account and select Edit Account
          • Press the "Reset" button
Are the above steps the ones you've already taken?
