    Windoes April 2018 Update Problems

    Well my computer was just updated with the spring 2018 windows update. Now when I try to connect I'm getting a suspended flag in the task manager. I went into the task manager because NT did respond after connecting.


    Any ideas on what to do?

    Thanks for writing into our forums!

    Please write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com] with your log and trace files attached. The easiest way to do this is to go to Help>email support and ensure log and trace files are checked in the box. However, if this is unavailable, please attach them in a zip file and manually send them. We may want to remote into your computer and see if we can get to the bottom of this.
