    Rogue Alarm

    I've got a rogue price alarm that goes off every time a price level is crossed. I did have an alarm attached to a horizontal line recently but it disappeared on it's own when I opened the platform recently. I've right clicked all my charts and clicked alarms and erased any alarms, restarted the platform and it still goes off every time NQ crosses 7862. Any suggestions?

    I wonder if it's possibly in a second open workspace that's running in the background but not currently visible. If you go to the Workspaces menu, do any of the workspaces listed have a gray box next to them? If so, hover over the name of the workspace and click the "Close" button that appears next to it. Repeat this for each workspace that has a gray box.

    Next, open an Alerts Log window and leave it open for a bit. If you see the alert pop up, right click on it and select "Go To Alert" to find the window the alert is attached to.

      Opening the alerts log window is what I did before I ever cleared the alerts on open workspace. Alarm was going off but was not coming up in the Alerts Log Window. No other workspaces running in background. I'll close the NQ charts and start from scratch if it happens again to see if the problem goes away.
