Possibly, there is no real-time data being received in NinjaTrader.

Are you seeing changing bid and ask prices in Chart Trader or on a SuperDOM?

Who are you connected to for data?

Are there any errors in the Log tab of the Control Center?

TickReplay requires historical tick data. Does the connection you are connected to provide historical tick data for the instruments you are viewing?

my provider is Interactive Data real-time
NYSE NASDAQ Level I and Level II

i use both platform esignal full option $300 per month
and ninja trader for order flow monitoring.

The connection is established correctly
(my esignal connection on NT run green)
Time and sale work fine in real-time.
Super DOM work too

I have the same trouble with Kinetick EOD.
bar loading is "cut" when bar replay is checked.

Interactive Brokers does not provide historical tick data to NinjaTrader.

Below is a link to the NinjaTrader 8 help guide on Data by provider which shows the supported connection technologies and the types of data these connections support.

TickReplay will not work with any provider that does not provide historical tick data.

Kinetick End Of Day also does not provide historical tick data (and also does not provide historical minute data and also does not provide real-time data).

Are you seeing changing bid and ask prices in Chart Trader or on a SuperDOM?
