    Error Alert in NT 8

    I keep getting this error alert message from time to time and was wondering what is going on with my NT 8 software.

    There are many reasons why this error would appear. To know what is causing the message in your case, please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '2307908 Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
