How to open orders using just a mouse click?

Hello.

I looked on the internet for some people opening orders using mouse keyboard shortcuts to make order entries.

How can I do this and how does it work on Ninja 8?

Thank you for your note.

You can create and modify order entry hot keys via Tools > Hot Keys > Order Entry.

In order to use these hot keys for trading, you'll also need to enable Use Order Entry Hot Keys via Tools > Options > Trading.

Actually I want to send orders using the mouse freely and on mouse click enter the order.

Using the keyboard would be to select the order type using Ctrl or Shift.

Thank you for the reply.

Unfortunately, based on what you've described this would not be currently supported with order entry hot keys. You can use CTRL or SHIFT keys as modifiers for the hot keys but you must also include another key in addition to the modifier, you cannot only use CTRL or SHIFT alone.

Thank you for the reply.

It appears that was a custom item programmed using NinjaScript. It isn't something that is natively available in the platform but you can either program something like this yourself or find a third party that can provide an item that can accomplish something like this.
