    NinjaTrader won't install - setup wizard ended prematurley

    Hello,
    I am having a weird problem that for some reason preventing me from installing NT8 (latest version)
    Can someone please help me with that?

    I would suggest using the Microsoft utility linked below to troubleshoot issues with installing the platform. This resource is publicly available. If issues persist, please let me know what operating system you are trying to install NinjaTrader on.

      Hi Jim,
      Thanks for your quick reply.

      I uninstalled the previous NT8 I had using the Microsoft tool, but I still can't get the installer running correctly.
      I'm using Windows 7.

      Please advise.

        Thanks for your reply.

        I would next suggest attempting to run the installer through an elevated command prompt. This would be necessary if there are certain windows permissions that are preventing the installation.

        I may also suggest testing an MSI installer from another PC application, like 7zip. (Publicly available link below.) Please download the MSI installer for your PC and attempt the same to see if issues are more widespread than with NinjaTrader.
