Daily chart displays one additional day in the future .

    Hello,

Unfortunately this additional day messes up my indicators, any idea on how to solve this ?

This glitch appears only on cryptos (my coin base connection) . Stocks are fine.

    Many Thanks

    Hello gabga100,

    Thank you for your note.

What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you currently running?

What time zone you currently set to on your platform?

Do you experience the same when reloading historical data on the chart?

I look forward to your reply.

      Hello,

Im using the latest version NT8.0.19

Time zone is set to GMT + 1 both on my computer and on NT 8.

I right clicked reload all Historical data on the chart, and get the same error .

        Hello gabga100,

        Thank you for the reply.

I have tested on my end and I haven't been able to reproduce the issue, my chart is displaying as expected. I noticed you are running third party add-ons on the chart. Do you experience the same when loading a basic chart in safe mode?

Safe Mode will prevent NinjaTrader from:
        • Loading workspaces.
        • Connecting on start-up.
        • Loading custom assemblies.
        • Getting instrument updates from the server.
To enable safe mode, please use the following steps:
        • Exit NinjaTrader.
        • Hold the CONTROL key and double click the NinjaTrader icon.
        • Keep the CONTROL key held down until you see the Control Center.
        • You can verify you are in safe mode by going to Help -> About.
I look forward to your reply.

          Hello,

Starting in Safe mode does not solve the issue . See attached.

Every day I have a day in the future.

Should I send you my DB of historical data ? Should I delete it completely ?

          Many Thanks

            Hello gabga100,

            Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2315241" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
            • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
            • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
            • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
            • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I look forward to your reply.
