Need help. No market data from 9:30 until 10:30 am

Hello everyone,

I have a weird issue with market data.

I am based in Paris France
CET: Central European Time UTC+1

I work with eSignal (Charting) and Ninja trader (Orderflow)

in eSignal in can view my premarket chart and regular hour.

But in Ninja trader premarket data are not displayed and any market data are displayed at the opening market from 9:30 am until 10:30 am.

So i miss the most important time range of volatility.

I checked my preset maybe i made a mistake in the trading hour but everything seems right.

I don't know what to do!

i use both esignal and kinetick market provider and have the same issue so
I am pretty sure that comes from platform settings.

The platform is configured for US Canada

Thanks for posting.

What instrument symbol (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 12-19, AAPL, EURUSD, etc.

(For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.

What trading hours are selected in the chart? This may be checked by right-clicking the chart, then going to Data Series > Time frame > Trading hours.

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Ninja trader works fine just this delay.

I trade Equities US Stock.

Thanks for your reply.

If you right-click the chart, go to Data Series > Time frame > Trading hours, and set the trading hour template to 'Default 24/7', does the premarket data display?

Yes difficult to find 24X7
That works i have more data from 4 AM.
