Ninja Trader 8 Crashed - Unable to restart

Ninja Trader 8 crashed in the middle of a session.
Now I am unable to startup.

It is giving an error message log0 file is used by another application.
Screenshots are attached. If I select to Ignore the error message, then it says only one instance can run at a time and shuts down.

Is there any way to recover?
I have a lot of strategy code in there and It will be painful to recreate those.

I downloaded the latest version and reinstalled Ninja Trader on top of the existing location. I did not remove the old install. When trying to startup after reinstall, I get the same error message. This is strange and is becoming a nuisance.

Now I am pretty much losing my patience dealing with this software.
I cleaned up all directories. Reinstalled NinjaTrader. It installed and started up fine.
I went ahead and added my FOREX.com connection. It immediately crashed. It is behaving the same way now saying it doesn't allow more than one instance to run.

The crash happens If I try connecting to FOREX.com
It says up if only Kinetix is used.

What changed?

I am using a live account on FOREX.com and I have platform license for Ninja Trader. This is really bad.

Yes. I sent an e-mail with logs & traces to platform support.

I found out why Ninja Trader crashed initially. FOREX.com was undergoing maintenance from 5:00 pm EST on Friday. My platform was connected and up at 5:00 PM PST and it crashed right around the time FOREX.com went into maintenance mode. Afterward, I was not able to start up the platform.
