No support for sleep mode on PC

    Sleep/hibernate is not supported because it can create many undesirable symptoms such as the one you're reporting. The immediate solution would be to disable sleep/hibernate.

    Another solution would be to shut down NinjaTrader and choose 'No' or 'No to all' so that when NinjaTrader re-opens the workspace appears as it was saved previously.

    With that said, I have submitted this as a feature request to the Development Team. The internal tracking number for your feature request is SFT-2012. Please reference this internal tracking number if you ever have questions regarding this feature request.

    Can you fix your software so that when my PC goes to sleep during the middle of the day, when I wake the PC all my charts are not all now scattered randomly across my main monitor? This is trading. Of course I have multiple monitors... why didn't you think of this before launching the product? Now that you're aware of the problem, why haven't you fixed it?
