    Trouble demo'ing NT8 on win7

    Hi,
    Got the demo login from CQG, connected, chose chart, ES -> Ok. It says loading but no charts are displayed. Even
    after the loading message goes away, the chart is empty.
    Any reason why such a basic functionality is not working ?

    We received an identical message via email from [email protected]. We've already responded to that email. Please check you inbox for more information on how to proceed.

    Based on the information you've provided, I suspect you're loading an expired ES contract. I'll need the information I requested in the email to you in order to accurately answer your inquiry.

    In the future, please choose one method of contact and wait for our response. Writing in multiple times regarding the same inquiry across multiple methods (forum and email) does not reduce response time and may even add delay and confusion.
