Data Not Loading from NT Continuum

I am not sure if this the correct place for this posting...

I am unable to load data for CL - Crude Oil Futures for the period between 7-9-16 thru 11-12-16
Specifically minute and day data

I was able to download data going back to 2010 to present just not for the dates above.

The folders "CL 9-16" "CL 10-16" "CL 11-16" are not even being created.

I have also tried loading data from the chart it just comes up blank.

There are no errors in the log.

What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)

If you look in the Control Center's log tab right after you connect, what 'HDS' is in use? The line in the log would look something like this:

"Using HDS (hds-us-nt-003.ninjatrader.com/31655)"

Also, what is your merge policy? To check, go to Tools > Options > Market Data > 'Global merge policy' property.

I was able to confirm that these contracts are not available on HDS3. I was also able to confirm that the data is available on other historical servers. Most likely this data will be backfilled onto HDS3 during regular weekend maintenance.

I am not familiar with what HDS3 is...

Other historical servers meaning other data providers that continuum

I believe this may have been a problem for while. I originally downloaded all this data months ago but did not realize the data was missing at that time.
It wasn't until yesterday I realized it wasn't present when trying to run some back tests and then tried to re-load the data.

Basically is there a way I can get this data without having to purchase it from another provider? I need it to complete the strategy I am working on.

Continuum is a CQG-based connection. When you connect to a CQG or Rithmic-based connection, you use NinjaTrader's historical data servers. HDS3 is one of those servers. 'Other servers' in this context means NinjaTrader historical data servers other than HDS3 specifically.

I would advise that you wait until we've performed maintenance on the servers this weekend as the data will likely be available once we've performed the maintenance.
