    Order Question

    Hello,

    If I place a trade, using a SL and Limit ATM, on my number 1 computer and then shut down my number 1 computer - I then go to my 2nd computer, start NT, should I be able to see the SL and limit on the 2nd computer as well?

    I am not seeing the SL and Limit on the 2nd computer.

    This is a live trade with Oanda.

    Update: Went back to the 1st computer and now the stop and limit are gone.

    Can the logs show what happened?

    Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.




    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
    *
    Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    *
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    *
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    *
    Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
