    GoodTilDate ERROR - order cannot be replaced

    Hello ,

    I get the following error message if I want to trade :

    "GoodTilDate ist vergangen" (is over)


    How can I solve the problem ?

    I notice that we received this same question via email. Please check your junk/spam folders for messages from PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com as we've answered this question about 10 minutes ago.

    To reiterate, this is occurring because you've selected a Time In Force (TIF) of Good unTil Date (GTD) with an invalid date. You'll need to change your TIF to DAY or GTC, or choose a valid date in the future for GTD. Here is a link with more information about TIF:

      I have already tried all possibilities. All settings changed (GTC, GTD, DAY) , but I get the same error message!
      Unfortunately, I could not answer the email

          Does the exact same message appear when you choose GTC? Please provide a screenshot which shows that you have selected TIF=GTC and also includes the message you receive when submitting the order. Here is an example of what I want to see:

                Please send me your database, log, and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
                • You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
                • Expand 'Other files' and enable 'Database file'.
                • Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 2333525 ATTN PatrickG

                    Please respond to the emails that my colleague Jon sent you with a link to this forum thread.

                    If you do not have those emails, write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with a link to this forum thread and '2333525 ATTN Patrick G' in the message.
