    ninjatrader crashes often - log file

    Hi,

    I'm using Ninjatrader for a few weeks now.
    Unfortunately, it has happened more often now that Ninja just does not work. (See attachement)

    A)
    My most important question would be:
    Where can you find a log file that you can always find the cause of errors?
    Example. It is said that there is a mistake. But not where.

    B)
    And what I do not understand.
    There is the program agile.net. When the maximum validity is reached, Ninjatrader simply crashes. One can not open Ninja and also gets no information which plugin makes the message. (See attachement)
    What can you do to get information about the process beforehand?
    And what can one do that does not crash the program then?

    Thanks for your post.

    You can find log notifications from the Control Center's Log tab. If this tab does not display the information you are looking for regarding the Agile.Net error message, I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files for this issue. These files contain diagnostic information related to what is occurring on your platform that will help us resolve this issue in a timely manner.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

    Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.
