    Charts not updating

    I was away from trading for a while, and got back on my NT8 recently. I still have my old workspace, strategies, and indicators. After I connect to FXCM, I get data but it never updates after that initial pull. It's currently Thursday night here, but trading is open for another 16.5 hours from now. I'm not understanding why I can't get live FXCM data anymore.

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2335187" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
