can't open ninja trader platform

    can't open ninja trader platform

    hi,
    I worked on my ninja trader platform and open too much workstation then I close the platform and forgot to close all the workstation, now because of that my NT8 not able to open, I see it under the task manager but it's never run on my screen.
    can someone help me?

    Copy your workspace XML files you don't want to load out of this directory ( C:\Users\%username%\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\workspaces ) and just put them on your desktop. Then restart NT8. Vola.

      Thank you for your note.

      Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2336874" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
      • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
      • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
      • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
      • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      I look forward to your reply.

        thanks vola , i try this and after removing those file i got a message that i need admin permission to remove them and the appear again when i restart NT8

            Judging from this and the previous response, I'm suspecting there are some permissions issues related to the user account on the PC. Please write an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN 2336874" so that we may request a remote support call with you to further assist by connecting to your PC. Please provide a phone number and a good time we can reach you (including time zone) in the email as well.

              I try this and after removing those file i got a message that i need admin permission to remove them and the appear again when i restart NT8
