Last Price and Bid Price...

NinjaTrader uses last price to drive many of the platform's data by default. Since forex doesn't have last price, bid price is substituted. You can effectively think last price and bid price being synonymous when viewing forex data.
For other asset classes the last, bid, and ask price are all distinct values and are critical to viewing data correctly.

gotham,
Thanks for posting.
The bid price represents the highest-priced buy order that's currently available in the market. The ask price is the lowest-priced sell order that's currently available or the lowest price that someone is willing to sell at. The last price represents the price at which the last trade occurred.
