NT 8 crash

    NT 8 crash

    Hi, my NT8 start crashing this week. It crash immediately after opening it. I've tried to reinstall it (also deleted the folder under Documents), uninstall some recent windows update, updated display driver. None of the above action works. log and trace files are attached. there're also two entries per crash found in windows log

    I downloaded then removed your log/trace files. In the future, do not share these files publicly as they may contain sensitive information.

    There is not enough information in the NinjaTrader log/trace files or this Windows log message to make an accurate diagnosis. Please write an email to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with a link to this forum thread and "2338835 ATTN Patrick G" in the message so we may continue the conversation there.
