    TD Ameritrade Data Stopped Flowing

    I have been using the data feed from my TDA account. It stopped working this morning after working well for the last few months. I can see data in my think or swim platform and TDA support knows of no reason why it would have stopped. Can you help me troubleshoot this issue?

    Thank you for your post. I just tested TD Ameritrade data on this end and I am also experiencing this issue. We've discovered that it is delayed data we're seeing in the NinjaTrader platforms.

    Since this is an issue on TDA's end, I do not have any troubleshooting suggestions as of yet. Thank you for your patience.

      Yep it's both nt 7 and 8.

      Nasdaq and djia are still stealing in nt7.

      Stocks are dead in nt8.

        Today's TD Ameritrade data issue looks to now be resolved. Please disconnect and reconnect to TDA if you are still not seeing the live data. Thank you for your patience.

          I was trading with TOS this morning and the data stopped just before 9:00 CST. I used NT8 the rest of the day and it was fine. I looked at the TOS charts later and saw a couple of big holes. for the CME products anyway.

            It ended up that Verizon had a set of fiber that was out for a while that impacted the feed coming from TDA. Their support was quick in responding about it. Thanks for the comments!
