Onrender error

Hi all.
Does anyone know the cause of errors like the following?
"Indicator xxxx : error on calling onrender method on bar
nnnn: external component has thrown an exception."
One indicator I've got takes no notice but a new one I've
just installed appears to stop displaying when an error like
this occurs - which on my system is at least once a day but
can be in cascade - screenfuls.
My guess is that it's in the data which arrives at Ninja's door ...

Errors like these may be thrown for a number of reasons. In this situation, the error seems to be coming from the indicators OnRender, so the external component portion of the error is likely referring to some SharpDX code being used or some code that is later referencing something related to rendering like a Drawing Object.

I would be happy to take a look at your log and trace files to see if we can perhaps narrow down the issue further. You may send these by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

I could add that in the past I got this onrender error
message concerning the ninja indicators OBV and `Price
line'.
Not currently though.
