    Daily bars showing wrong date

    Hi, my daily charts are showing the wrong date with the date shifted forward by 1 day. In example attached the marked bar is for trading on Mon 2 Dec yet the chart shows Tue 3 Dec, however the Historical data file (attached) shows the correct date (Mon 2 Dec). Note that intraday charts do show the correct date. This is very confusing especially when working across multiple timeframe charts. Appreciate your help on how to resolve this, thanks.

    What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you currently running?

    What time zone you currently set to on your platform?

    Do you experience the same when reloading historical data on the chart?

      Hi, details below:

      What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you currently running? Ver 8.0.19.1 64-bit

      What time zone you currently set to on your platform? UTC +10:00 Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney (I am located in Melbourne)

      Do you experience the same when reloading historical data on the chart? Yes, I have 365 days loaded and from the beginning the dates are off by 1 day.

      Curiously, the Data Box shows the correct date for the data point but the cursors shows the incorrect date. See attached.

        Also the current day's trading is missing from the Daily chart but is shown on the intraday chart (until sometime later in the day). Again, it shows today's date on the crosshair for yesterdays data but correct date on the Data Box. Date is correct on intraday chart.

          Thank you for your note.

          Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2353257" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
          • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
          • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
          • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
          • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
