Chart not updating.

    Chart not updating.

    It happened a couple times that the chart does not update, on the DOM the information is there but chart does not. The rest of the charts updates normally, also if I open a new chart with same configuration the char updates also normally. As a workaround I save the template and open a new chart but I loose all the strategy information.

    I closed the plaform and opened again but the problem still there.

    So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)
    • Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
    • What instrument symbol (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 12-19, AAPL, EURUSD, etc.
    • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
    • Please clarify - you can recreate an identical chart and the symptom is resolved but eventually reoccurs?

      Version 8.0.19.1 64-bit
      • Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
      Ninjatrader continuum
      • What instrument symbol (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 12-19, AAPL, EURUSD, etc.
      NQ 12-19
      • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

      No error is shown, looked into the log and found nothing.

        Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

        Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
