Dax data not loading

    Dax data not loading

    I traded and logged off the FDAX 09-18 during the Friday session.
    Over the weekend and to the current time when I log on, the data will not load past the point I closed the charts on Friday. I can load a Bund workspace no problem - it loads up to end of trading Friday.


    Anyone having similar problems. Any ideas?

    Thank you for your post.

    Resetting your instruments should resolve this item.

    To reset your instruments, please take the steps below.

    First, disconnect from any data providers by navigating to the Control Center > Connections menu, and left-click on “disconnect” that appears to the right when hovering your mouse over any active connection
    Next, reset your instruments by navigating to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management
    In the Database Management window, under the “Update instruments” section, ensure that “General properties”, "Futures expiries" and “Symbol mappings” options are checked and then click Update
    Restart NinjaTrader for the changes to occur.
    Once reconnected, please right click on the chart and select Reload All Historical Data.

    If you still see the same, please also include the connected data provided in your reply.

        It's hard to say what the cause was since there was no issue with other charts. Resting ensures that the internal setting for the instruments are up-to-date with server specifications so will often resolve issue with real time data being received. I had personally tested a number of data providers on my end before my reply and resetting was not needed. I would also make sure the current version is in use as these can affect some database items (Help > About, current version 8.0.12.0).

          Hi i'm having the same problem although i followed the instructions below. I have Ninjatrader 8. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks.
