Pre Market Trading

I had an issue this morning submitting orders pre market through my IB account. The orders were going through and they appeared on the TWS open orders window but weren't getting filled. All the API settings seem to be good on my IB end. Is there something i have to enable on the NT end to trade pre market?

CRITICAL — If your inquiry involves live orders, please always reach out to your broker's Orders Desk immediately to confirm and manage your live orders and positions.

Usually if the orders are being submitted to IB successfully, they will be accepted/working at the exchange and will fill based off market conditions and the specifications of the order. Have you spoken to IB as to if there is any issues with these orders?
Additionally, if you check your IB connection setup within Ninjatrader, can you confirm the option labeled 'trigger after hours' is checked?

Okay good to know. Yes i spoke to them and they made me change around some API settings to receive some more info for next time. Is changing the log level from "error" to something else gonna effect my connection at all? Do those have to match? Also "trigger after hours" was enabled on my end. Im pretty confident the issue is with IB.
