    Unhandeled exception

    Hello,
I suddenly got a message on the LOG:
"Unhandled exception: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation"
nothing stop or halted, but I noticed a delay of 5 min on the data . I had to disconnect and reconnect my data connection.
What might be the cause of this ? Should I do anything with this message ?
    Using NT version 8.0.14.1 6b-bit
    data provider: Kinetick
    Thanks

The error message alone does not provide enough information to determine the root cause.

I would recommend writing in via email and sending your log/trace files so we may analyze your files and further diagnose what you experienced.
    • You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
    • Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
    • Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 1924756 ATTN Patrick G

Unable to upload attachment files to support server. Please try again later. Support request email will be sent out though: the remote server returned an error502) Command not implemented

Seems like your outbound email isn't allowing you to upload and send those files. We can troubleshoot that as well when you write in.

Write an email manually to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com. Make sure to include a link to this forum thread and '1924756 ATTN Patrick G' in the message.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
