    NT8 8.0.20.0 Authorizing TDA - Does it work?

    Nothing ever works the first time I guess.

    Win10,nt8 64bit

    I click Authorize, I log into TDA, I click Allow, then the window closes.

    NT Connection changes to "Authorized".

    But I can't hit OK/APPLY because it says "TDA-connection could not be saved. You must authorize the TD Ameritrade Connection".

    Really? That's what I've done 3 times already with a restart in between.

    Hitting cancel doesn't save the Authorization.

    You don't support multiple TDA connections now? Is that the problem?

    I removed my other connection and it worked as expected.

    Please fix that.

          Hello Marco,

          Same problem here, is Ninjatrader having problems with TD Ameritrade since after this happened I'm not able anymore to log into my TD Ameritrade account !!........ The error message in NT 8 said that NT8 was NOT whitelisted as a datafeed and attempting to login 3 times would close out the TD Ameritrade account. I only tried twice and I lost my access to my account !!
          Never had that problem with TD-Ameritrade, what is going on ?!

            You may need to authorize your account. Be sure you are on the latest version of NinjaTrader - 8.0.20.1, for NT8, and configure the TDA connection. Had the same issue.

              Hello,

              Thanks for your replies.

              This is a new process that requires authorization from the connection on the TDAmeritrade side in order for the connection to continue working. Please recreate the connection following the steps below in the Connection guide for this connection:

                  I followed the steps and got the same error when click APPLY.

                    Please send us your log and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.

                    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

                    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
