Stream Deck

Another platform just released Stream Deck integration (15 and 32 keys). Any plans at NinjaTrader to do the same?

NT has customizable hotkeys that can be assigned to keys on any programmable keypad. For example, these work great. No special integration with NT platform code required.

What does Stream Deck offer in functionality, useful to NT users, that other programmable keypads do not? Why would it need integration with NT platform code?

I am not finding there is any existing feature request for integrating Stream Deck.

I am not able to discuss internally future planned features that will be implemented.

Hi Chelsea,

I will be getting one of these devices shortly (32 Key) and would like to us it with NT 8. I have seen on a few other sites a few features might not be easy to implement. If I bump into any I will send a message on here. The major advantage of this device is the labels are dynamically created and context dependent. So technically a smaller version of this device give an infinite amount of programmable keys as you can drop into deeper folders depending upon what application you are using.
