Real-time data feed is gone, can't place orders

    Real-time data feed is gone, can't place orders

    All of the sudden, my real-time data feeds are dead. Took me a minute to figure out why i was placing a market order that was being executed 3 points (12 ticks) from where the bid/ask was. Anyone have any idea what is going on? i have Kinetick and Ninjatrader Continuum activated.

    I also get the following popup when trying to place a bid/ask order "You can't have a zero limit price" not sure what that means.

    If you go into the configuration for your connections, is the username and password still there?

    If you check your license key by going to help > License key is it still showing correctly?

    NOTE: Never share your license key or connection information on the forums. Please just let me know if those are showing correctly.

      Somehow my data feed was not working correctly. Issue resolved.
