We running NinjaTrader 8 on AWS cloud and up to recently had no issues. Last 2 weeks, we had an issue twice where Popups with promotions and contracts expiry warnings made Ninja and the whole VM unusable (it has few popups windows overnight showing up). No matter where you click Ninja would not respond. I had to close it via killing in CTRL+ALT+Delete, bounce VM and restart Ninja.
Once I updated to the latest version, early this week, we had no issues so far. It is kinda bad when popup is sent while software is running. Totally understand on start up, but not while live strategies trading.
Any suggestions how to deal with this?
