Getting my accounts tab boxes to provide actual account data

I have a newer account using Ninja Brokerage through Phillip Capital. I have been trading futures using the Sim 101 account for several months and am ready to begin trading real money with my account. I switched the account drop down tab to my account and disabled global simulation, and the account tab at the bottom shows my cash balance fine. But when I make trades, the tabs with the information for Buying Power, Intraday Margin and Unrealized PnL do not fill in any data. The only other windows that populate with data is the Gross Realized, Realized and Total PnL. I realized that I had not applied a Commission structure to the account, so I have fixed that issue now, but I would like to be able to see these other account data points real time. Any suggestions?

The account values that are displayed depend upon your connectivity provider. Some connectivity providers transmit partial account data, while others do not transmit anything. Below is a link to our help guide that discusses the account tab in more detail. It also provides a list of the various account values displayed by different connectivity providers.

Okay thanks for that. Now I am scratching my head as to why I even opened an account with "Ninja Brokerage",It appears Interactive Brokers provides more real time information than I can get when using the $1000 piece of software I bought from you using your own brokerage.
