Blank Chart

When I create a new chart, it's blank. the other charts in the work space are populated. However, when i change the timeframe of a populated chart it is blank also...

Any thoughts on this? I reloaded the historical data and restarted NT 8 as well. The problem perisists.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X or 8.0.X.0)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Who is your broker?

What instrument and expiry contract month (if a future) have you selected?

(For a chart) what interval is selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Interesting... I have a very similar problem. I get a blank chart when trying to display any forex series. Broker and data feed are TD Ameritrade. I have tried several time intervals, deleting the cache, removing AN-09-12 (which seems to have come back), and restarting NJ8. Stock charts display fine.

TD Ameritrade will only supply data for Stocks in NinjaTrader. Not Forex data.
