    Hello StevenNelson,

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2380682" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

    Error: Market not open

    This is odd. The markets just opened. I can place orders in NQ and ES just fine. But when placing an order in CL, I get an error "market not open". It's obviously trading and open. Everything else is working fine...the CL chart and both the Jigsaw DOM and tape are working fine. I restarted Ninja and even made a new chart...It still says "market not open". I was trading CL fine with it Friday.
