I've returned to trading after a 2 year hiatus and find my charts are not updating, in the sense of showing live movement.
Example: After connection, the ES 3/20 contract 5min chart will show all data correctly up to the time the chart loaded, but the chart will not move in real time.
If I trigger "Reload all Historical Data" the chart reloads with the latest bars/price movement now showing.
Having read through previous NT8 Tech Support posts on this topic, I have the following info, and have tried the following actions:
Setup:
Win 10 Pro, NT8 8.0.20.1 64-bit
NT License: Lifetime
Connection: Mirus Continuum
Attempted Fixes:
- Updated NT8 to latest version (8.0.20.1) = same issue
- Set Data Properties for "Trading Hours" to "Default 24x7" = same issue
- Create brand new workspace with new default ES chart (5min) = same issue
- Create brand new workspace with new default CL chart (5min) = same issue
- Create brand new workspace with new default ES chart (6 range) = same issue
- Load NT8 in "Safe Mode", create new workspace with new default 5min chart = same issue
Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
