Sound Not Working

Hello,

For some reason sounds are no longer working in my NT8.
I have the .wav files selected, but they will not play.

Thank you for your post.

The first step I would take is to verify that your volume is not muted on your PC and to make sure there are no problems with your system playing sound. Next I would check to make sure that sounds are enabled via Tools > Options > Sounds. You can set the desired sounds here, and if they are blank then they will not play a sound. > Press OK.

If you still see the same after taking these steps, please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
