    CQG/Continuum Provider Unavailable

    Dear Patrick,

    My NT account (dorman) just got funded and I've signed up for the CQG/Continuum datafeed. However, I do not see the CQG/Continuum name in the Connections drop down menu. I am a lifetime user and the license key is typed in correctly. When I received the license key, the email said "for trading through Interactive Brokers." Now, I do not know if this has to be changed. If so, can you please help me out? Thanks.

Please contact us via email at PlatformSales[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with the same information you've posted here so we may quickly and accurately assist you. In the email, make sure to also include your current license key. DO NOT share you license key on the forums or in any public place.
