    Hello,

    Thank you for writing in.

Glad to assist. This indicates the connected feed is not enabled for real-time data on the account side. For a demo, this is due to these particular futures not being enabled on the demos. With live accounts, data can be added by contacting your broker -- unfortunately the demos are not manageable in this way.

If needed, NinjaTrader Brokerage teams contact information may be found via the below link.
If you have any questions, concerns or feedback, or want to open an account, we're here to help. Click here to find the appropriate contact for your needs!

Please let us know if we may assist further.

I have fixed it by closing the charts of CCEH20, SBEH20, KCEH20 but I don't see any charts of DJIDN and DJIUP and I still got an error on it.

DJIDN and DJIUP are the indices that are still loading somewhere in your workspace or instrument lists. I would also be mindful to check if any indicators are automatically requesting data for these indicators. A 'ground up' approach would be to close all workspaces and rebuild, but that would be an extreme reaction to fix these messages.

In general, these are not messages that can really effect anything and can be ignored. The message is just informing you that data is being requested that your connection does not have real-time data subscriptions for and is otherwise innocuous.

          Hello,
those warnings have an orange background color, similar to errors.
As a suggestion, I think it would be appropriate that the warnings don't have an orange background.
It confuses most users, thinking that this warning is a real error.

            Hello Bobin,

You can change the color for Errors and Warnings by right clicking the Log window->Properties then expand the Colors section.
