Loading New Version NT8 8.0.14.2

Hi,

Trying to update NT8. Whilst going through Installing NinjaTrader 8 routine getting the following message:-

Error getting file security:
C:\Users\.....\NinjaTrader 8\GetLastError:
5

OK

Program then reverses.

Can you please clarify if you have any Windows Updates at this time? You can go to the Start Menu and search for "Windows Updates" to check.

Windows updates have been run and installed. Have tried to load new version but same error message appears ?
