Historical data not loading in new chart

Historical data not loading in new chart
Downloaded current version of NT8 today. When I open a new chart it starts printing with current bar and no historical data. When I hit reload all historical data it clears and starts back over again on the current bar. Picture attached. Help.

Thank you for the post.
Which data provider are you connected to?
What kind of chart are you loading? Minute, tick, etc.
Some providers will have limitations on historical data available. It could also be that you have a bit of corrupted historical data. If this is the case, deleting historical data should resolve this symptom.
Please delete your historical data using the instructions provided at the following page of the NinjaTrader Help Guide:
Removing Historical Data- Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”
- Open NinjaTrader and connect to your data provider. Open a new chart.
